[ Mahaprabhu Sri Sri Gorokhia Gosair Than is a significant religious site in Niz Sariha, Barpeta district, Assam, believed to have been founded by cowherds (Gorokhias). It is associated with the influential Vaishnavite figure Narayan Das Thakur Ata, a disciple of Srimanta Shankardeva, and is a popular pilgrimage destination. The Than is known for its annual Doul Utsav (Holi) celebrations and for its architectural resemblance to the Kirtanghar of the Barpeta Satra. ]
