Wonderful tribute!
A fascinating and informative post - thank you! I love the light and shadows in your black and white photo.
Wonderful tribute ~ namaste
No lo conocĂa. Te deseo un buen fin de semana. Te mando un beso.
...I don't know about him.
Fame is very cultural. I don't know him but I def 'know' the adoration in the photos....
I don't know about him, either. But you have shared a wonderful tribute with this post and photos! Thank you.
A moving collection of tributes: the portrait made from plastic bottles and the Naam performance stood out to me most. I didn't know Zubeen Garg, but this post gave me a good sense of how much he means to people there, so thank you for sharing it and for the glimpse of Assam.

Public adoration of cultural icons is the same the world over. The sense of loss of, and respect for, his talent is clearly expressed in your photo essay. Thank you for taking part in the "My Sunday Best" meme.
