That sign has the right idea, pal. Why rush past such a bonny sky when you can slow down to enjoy the view? Those Guwahati flyover skies look absolutely cracking. It makes you want to pull over, forget the traffic altogether; you just want to soak in that gorgeous horizon for a wee while.
...it does look calm with no traffic!
