1st Guwahati International Children Film Festival (GICFF) 2019 organized by Jyoti Chitraban,
 in association with Dr Bhupen Hazarika Regional Government Film and Television Institute along with the support from the Government of Assam. GICFF was held at Srimanta Sankardev Kalakhetra,
Panjabari, Guwahati, Assam (19th to 21st January 2019 )
