The 7th Edition of Brahmaputra Valley Film Festival ( BVFF ) 2019 was held
from 26th to 29th September at Pragjyoti ITA Centre, Machkhowa , Guwahati, Assam.
BVFF organised by Tattva Creations and Brahmaputra Foundation.
I visited the festival on 26th and 29th Sept ( DAY 1 & DAY 4).
