The clock tower has been constructed by the Guwahati City Lions Club and Park Panorama
with the Support of Assam PWD.

    A beautiful big clock tower. They keep talking about building a corner park with a small clock tower in my home town. The local credit union has offered to build it, but nothing seems to be happening. - Margy
