 Shilpgram Mahotsav 2018 ~ National Festival of Folk Dance, Arts & Music organized by The North East Zone Cultural Centre (NEZCC) (17th to 20th January' 18 ) at Shilpgram, Panjabari, Guwahati , Assam. The festival was inaugurated by the Shri Padmanabha Balakrishna Acharya, Hon’ble Governor of Nagaland and Chairman of NEZCC.
