FYI, i understand that there is a total solar eclipse on jun 22nd, in Rangia, Assam. I wanted to know a few things if I decide to visit this place to view the eclipse.
1. During July end, will the sun be visible at all? or will it be totally rainy?
2. What time is the sunrise? Eclipse is at 6:30am there on that day
3. Are there hotels at your place? or is it more like a village?
4. How bad is the naxal menace there especially in and around guwahati/rangia?
